Gwyneth Macaulay

Gwyneth is a consultant at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and previously headed the firm's finance team. She has 30 years' experience of all types of corporate funding transactions across a variety of industry sectors, both domestic and cross-border, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her experience includes development financing, corporate acquisition financing, renewable energy funding and refinancing and other project financing, receivables securitisations, loan restructurings for corporates, and advising on hedging products and treasury matters. Recent experience includes acting for a major corporate on its £125 million debt financing for the acquisition of a US technology group.
