Kendra MacDonald

Kendra MacDonald is an associate in Reed Smith's Singapore office. She advises a variety of clients on a range of cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures as well as capital market transactions and various company law issues.

Prior to Joining Reed Smith Kendra was a solicitor in Vodafone's M&A team where she advised senior stakeholders on various issues but predominantly M&A and joint ventures. Kendra trained at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and was an associate in the corporate team where she advised a range of, both publicly listed and private, clients on mergers and acquisitions, re-structuring and corporate governance issues. Kendra also spent time on secondment to Santander UK Plc's corporate team and in Norton Rose Fulbright Hong Kong's corporate team.
