Louise Markham

Louise trained as a solicitor at Linklaters LLP and spent 10 years in the Linklaters tax department advising on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on structured finance, capital markets and mainstream corporate work. During her time there, Louise also spent one year as a professional support lawyer in the department’s knowhow function and over 6 months on secondment to group tax at Vodafone. Louise joined Lexis®PSL in September 2016.
