He handle a wide variety of clinical negligence and personal injury cases with a focus on maximum severity/catastrophic injury claims. He also handle professional negligence cases arising out of personal injury and clinical negligence. As a partner he also have wider strategic leadership responsibilities. Rankeshwar is accredited to the Law Society Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Panel as well as the AvMA Clinical Negligence Panel and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers highlighting his specialism in this area of work. Rankeshwar partner and support like minded organisations who share a common goal of supporting individuals who have suffered a life changing injury such as the Child Brain Injury Trust, Headway, The Sepsis Trust and The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust.
Rankeshwar qualified in 1995 having had a broad range of experience, in both civil and criminal litigation as well as non-contentious work. He moved to Anthony Collins Solicitors in September 2000 and was invited to partnership in 2009. Rankeshwar sit as a Deputy District Judge on the northwest circuit and have had articles and case reports published in a wide variety of medico-legal journals.
Rankeshwar have extensive experience in all types of clinical negligence and personal injury cases but specialise in complex claims which usually have a catastrophic injury element.
