Meytal McCoy

Meytal McCoy is counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of antitrust including litigation, merger clearance and antitrust business counseling. The breadth of her experience spans a number of industries including food, energy, restaurant, agricultural, technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, and healthcare/medical device, and encompasses all phases of U.S. and foreign merger clearance, including pre-merger business counseling and representation before U.S. and foreign agencies in merger investigations. In addition to merger clearance, Meytal also manages all phases of civil litigation, including motions practice, third party practice, discovery and electronic discovery, depositions, and working with experts. Meytal also has significant experience with electronic discovery, including e-discovery practice before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and e-discovery in civil litigation. Meytal also regularly participates in activities with the ABA Antitrust Section, where she frequently edits chapters of ABA antitrust publications, including Antitrust Law Developments.
