James is a corporate tax specialist who has considerable experience in corporate, real estate and financing transactions. James has experience in a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, group reorganisations, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity from both a UK and cross-border perspective. His Real Estate work focuses on the structuring and the transactional tax issues which can arise as well as on the financing issues. His practice also includes general corporate tax advisory work.
