Nathan Menon

Nathan Menon is an associate in the Structured Finance Group at Reed Smith LLP. His practice includes a wide range of structured finance work including debt capital markets, debt restructurings, securitisations and non-performing loans. Nathan has represented a wide range of market participants including issuers, trustees, agents, lenders, corporate service providers and borrowers with respect to a range of corporate and real estate financing transactions. In addition, Nathan regularly advises on the acquisition, restructuring and refinancing of large portfolios of non-performing loans backed by commercial real estate and their subsequent asset management. Nathan has completed a secondment to the UK retail banking and debt solutions teams at Capita Asset Services (now Link Asset Services) where he advised on new securitisation business and a variety of transactional matters relating to loan servicing and outsourcing.
