Lisa Beisteiner

Lisa Beisteiner specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration, with a focus on energy disputes. She regularly acts as counsel and also sits as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. Lisa is a founding partner of zeiler.partners, an Austrian dispute resolution boutique firm. She has more than ten years of practical experience as a lawyer. Before she commenced her work as an attorney in the field of dispute resolution with a strong focus on arbitration, Lisa has gained international experience inter alia at a leading international consultancy firm as well as at the European Court of Justice. Lisa has studied in Austria and in the UK and has worked in Luxemburg, Germany and Austria. Lisa has authored numerous articles on civil and procedural law and is the author of a comprehensive book on the law of damages.
