Ryan Myint

Ryan is a partner in the private client team in Penningtons Manches' London office, specialising in international wealth structuring, trusts and succession planning. He advises entrepreneurs, business owners, fund managers, property developers, international families, offshore trust companies and private banks on a range of private client matters. His practice includes ultra-high net worth Asian clients from Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as UK resident non-domiciled clients, some of whom have UK-US tax issues. Ryan works closely with members of the firm's residential property, immigration, corporate, commercial and family teams. Acknowledged as a technical expert in both tax and trusts, Ryan frequently speaks at leading conferences including events arranged by STEP, the world's leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). He served as general editor of the Journal of International Tax, Trust and Corporate Planning for seven years. Prior to joining Penningtons Manches in 2019, Ryan played a key role in setting up the Singapore office of a leading international law firm in order to develop its private client offering in South East Asia.
