Paul O'Hare
Paul advises suppliers and buyers on a range of technology-related contracts and issues. He advises a number of global and UK-based software and data supply companies on the full range of their operational and transactional requirements, including advising on licensing and distribution channel models, and on strategic copyright and related intellectual property rights issues.
Paul also has extensive experience of technology and business process outsourcing contracts and of complex technology procurement contracts, across a range of sectors including retail, financial services, telecommunications, legal services, and consumer electronics.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He graduated with a degree in Law and French from the University of Kent in 1995 and gained a distinction in his Law Society finals in 1996. He joined the practice in October 2000 from Theodore Goddard. He became a partner at Kemp Little in March 2003.
