Naomi O'Higgins

Naomi advises families, individuals, trustees and beneficiaries involved in disputes, particularly in relation to trusts and estates.

She has particular experience of litigation with international and cross-border elements and has worked with lawyers in a number of foreign/offshore jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and Switzerland.

Naomi also advises on Court of Protection work such as statutory wills, disputes regarding the appointments or actions of attorneys and other matters concerning people lacking capacity to manage their own affairs.
