Stacey Overholt
Stacey has a wide range of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions including high-yield bond issues, securitisations and repackagings. She regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on secured lending and other financing transactions and advises on general corporate matters.
Stacey first joined Maples and Calder in 2000 and re-joined in January 2006. She was made partner in December 2006. In June 2009, Stacey moved from the London office to Hong Kong to serve as one of two lead finance partners for the Asia region. She was previously partner in charge of the Cayman Islands team at an offshore law firm in London and before that, she worked for Dechert and for Blake, Cassels & Graydon.
