Francesca Perselli

Francesca practices in commercial and private client litigation. She accepts instructions with Italian language requirements and has been instructed for over 18 months in a high-value commercial dispute against the Italian multinational oil and gas company, Eni.

Francesca has particular experience of offshore contentious trusts work and has developed good connections in the Channel Islands through secondments with Mourant, Carey Olsen and Ogier. She frequently deals with domestic private client issues including fiduciary issues, probate and 1975 Act claims.

Francesca is a member of the Bar Council and sits on the International and Young Barristers' Committees. Her recent contributions include organising and chairing the Civil session of the Young Bar Annual Workshop and attending the International Bar Association Conference in Seoul. Francesca is also proactive within chambers, sitting on the Management and Pupillage Committees. She regularly gives seminars both on and offshore, writes articles and contributes to the leading textbooks in her fields.

With a Master's degree in materials chemistry, Francesca also enjoys working with issues of a scientific or technical nature and in intellectual property claims.
