Bradley Phillips
Bradley is a tax lawyer with over 30 years’ experience. Bradley is now a part time consultant at Andersen LLP having previously been a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in their Tax Group and then a Director in the PwC Financial Services tax team. During his career, Bradley has specialised in corporate tax work, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, demergers, securitisations and investment funds. He is also experienced in tax litigation work having acted in a number of cases before the tax tribunals and higher courts. In his time at PwC he particularly focussed on advising asset managers. Bradley has previously served as Chair of the City of London Law Society Revenue Law Committee. Bradley is a visiting lecturer at BPP University Law School.
