Jayne Bentham

Jayne specialises in international arbitration in the areas of energy and infrastructure, TMT and finance. She has handled a number of high value, complex arbitrations, under the rules of the ICC and the LCIA, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Jayne also has been involved in advising on issues arising on enforcement of arbitral awards in a number of jurisdictions, and has extensive experience of the English Court procedures relevant to challenging or enforcing of awards.

Jayne is a member of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group and the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum. She has written a guide to mediation in the EU (The EU Mediation Atlas: Practice and Regulation) for which she was awarded the CEDR award for excellence in ADR.
