James Potts

James specialises in commercial, regulatory and public law, including commercial litigation, banking & financial services, civil fraud, regulatory & disciplinary law, professional negligence, and judicial review. He also practises in planning, environmental & property law, with particular interests in aviation and energy matters. James regularly appears as sole or junior counsel in the High Court, county courts, inquiries and tribunals. He is also admitted to practise in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
