Jean-Baptiste Poulle
Jean-Baptiste Poulle is a partner in the law firm of Spitz Poulle Kannan. He was heavily involved in the implementation of MiFID II and has published extensively on financial markets and banking law. Jean-Baptiste is well-known in the French market as a leading regulatory lawyer, and regularly assists clients on significant financial and banking matters.
He has also held various teaching positions at top French universities, such as the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. He graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and ESSEC, and obtained a Ph.D. in capital markets law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
