Professor Dan Prentice

Professor Dan Prentice is Emeritus Professor of Corporate Law of the University of Oxford. He was member of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford from 1973 until his retirement in 2008. He held the Allen & Overy Professorship of Corporate Law at the University of Oxford. He is currently a Visiting Professor of Corporate Finance at University College London.

Dan Prentice is a Member of the Law Society's Company Law Committee and author of various articles on Company Law and Corporate Insolvency. He is a member of Erskine Chambers, Lincoln's Inn. He was a contributor to Buckley on the Companies Acts, Special Bulletin, The Companies Act 1989.
