Dr Magda Raczynska

Magda is a lecturer in law at University College London. She has published and presented papers at global conferences in commercial, personal property, trusts and comparative law. Magda's present research work focuses on the law of security interests in property and title-based financing, whilst her broader academic interests span private law, legal theory and economics. Magda is a deputy executive director of the Secured Transactions Law Reform Project under the leadership of Professor Louise Gullifer (Oxford) and the guidance of the steering committee chaired by Lord Saville of Newdigate. The project seeks to engage judges, practitioners, academics and other interested stakeholders in the discussion on the need and shape of law reform in the area of security interests in England.
