Adam Robb, KC

Adam Robb's construction, engineering and infrastructure practice focuses on disputes, often involving professional negligence issues, arising out of major infrastructure projects, including transport, energy (including oil and gas and coal) and water. He has experience of PFI and related procurement projects. His expertise includes insurance issues, particularly arising out of construction and engineering projects. Adam is experienced in the management and strategy of large disputes. He is an experienced advocate and has appeared before a wide range of courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal and the High Court in the United Kingdom, numerous domestic and international arbitral tribunals, as well as in adjudications. He regularly advises and represents clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation. Adam has extensive experience of the major UK and international forms of contract. International arbitration, particularly disputes involving major infrastructure projects, comprises a substantial proportion of Adam's practice.

Adam's commercial practice includes sale of goods, bonds, guarantees and indemnities.
