Yash specialises in commercial law, regulatory & disciplinary law, banking & financial services, employment law and public law. He regularly appears in the High Court, the County Court and various Tribunals both in the United Kingdom and internationally.

He continues to develop a broad and successful commercial practice which encompasses: commercial dispute resolution; arbitration; banking & financial services; fraud; energy and regulatory & disciplinary matters. Yash has experience acting as sole and junior counsel in a number of high-value and complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on fraud and financial services, both in the domestic courts and in international arbitrations seated in London and overseas. Yash also accepts instructions on cases falling within the area of civil liability, including professional negligence and sports law.

He also undertakes pleading and advisory work for a wide variety of domestic and international clients within his specialist practice fields.
