Suzi Sendama

Suzi is a Managing Associate in Mishcon Private. She is a litigator acting for a variety of clients including families, corporates and UHNW/HNW/high profile individuals. Her private client work includes advising beneficiaries in relation to trust disputes (including trust arbitration), and advising on reputation issues pre and post publication. Her work frequently has an international element. She has experience in complex multijurisdictional disputes, civil fraud claims, director/shareholder claims and general contractual disputes across a range of sectors. In the field of intellectual property, she has advised on trade marks, passing off, design right and copyright disputes. Suzi supervises law students from Queen Mary's Legal Advice Clinic in relation to the SPITE project which provides advice, support and information in respect of revenge porn, cyber-bullying and harassment. She is also a legal mentor on the MDR LAB programme for tech start-ups in the legal space, and on the Walpole Brands of Tomorrow programme - a bespoke mentorship programme supporting aspiring British luxury brands.
