Angus Hunter Smart
Angus trained with Forsters LLP, qualifying as a solicitor in their private client department in 2005. He joined Wrigleys in 2009, where he advises private clients on a wide variety of matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and capital tax planning in all its forms.
Angus specialises in succession and long-term asset protection for clients with landed estates, with a particular focus on maximising business and agricultural property relief. He also advises on the tax implications of owning heritage property, and is often involved with complex trust reorganisations.
