Marguerite Soete

Marguerite joined CMS Belgium's European and Competition Law department in January 2016. She specialises in European Law, particularly in competition law and State aid. She has gained experience in the transport sector but also in public investment and public service missions (financing of infrastructure, SGEI, etc.). She advises companies and associations regarding national and European grants. Marguerite is currently developing her skills in the air transport and the airport sector. In particular, she assists the French airports and public entities in the context of investigations by the European Commission concerning the financing of airports and their commercial relations with airlines.
