Laurence Target

Laurence works as a senior associate with Trowers & Hamlins' Commercial Property and Housing Projects departments having joined the team in 1991. He specialises in property law, with a particular emphasis on commercial property and security interests and is also an expert on commonhold. Laurence authors Divisions IIP (Existing Leasehold: Precedents) & IIIP (Grant of Leases - General: Precedents) of Butterworths Property Law Service and the leases and tenancy agreements section of Kelly's Legal Precedents. He has also written a practice note about bailment and a precedent hiring agreement for LexisPSL.
