Gethin Thomas
Gethin has a broad practice, with a particular interest in administrative & public law, commercial, environmental and planning law. He appears frequently in court, and regularly undertakes pleading and advisory work. His recent work includes acting as junior counsel in a three week inquiry into Byelaws proposed by Natural Resources Wales to conserve salmonid stocks, and as a junior junior on the judicial review challenge to the Heathrow third runway. Before joining the Bar, Gethin worked as a research assistant at the Law Commission, and at JUSTICE.
