Precedents

Produced in partnership with Glafkos Tombolis and Vidya Rao of Kemp Little LLP. This Precedent is a share buyback contract recording the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase of shares in a private limited company. Under the agreement, the company is buying the shares back off-market directly from a single seller (without involving an intermediary) and they are to be purchased in several tranches, each completing on a different date.
