Danny Tricot

Danny Tricot leads Skadden's European corporate finance practice. He has experience across the full spectrum of capital markets work, including equity and debt work, acting for issuers and underwriters.

On the equity side, Danny has advised on initial public offerings, rights offerings and private placings. He has been involved in equity listings in London and on various international exchanges. Most of the offerings that he has worked on have included a Rule 144A component. On the debt side, his experience covers a range of debt capital markets work with a focus on structured finance.

Danny has also been involved in various multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, bond restructurings and other liability management exercises. He has worked on non-contentious amendments of Eurobonds and highly negotiated restructurings of defaulted bonds. Much of his experience involves growth markets such as Israel, Egypt, Qatar, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Danny joined Skadden's London office in March 2000. He is listed as a leading individual by Chambers UK 2014. In 2009 he was listed among the 'Stars of the Future' by Legal Business. He also was named as one of only three lawyers in the Financial News 'Top 100 Rising Stars 2007.'
