Kate Turner

Kate is a Legal Director at Pinsent Masons who specialises in projects in the energy sector. She has advised on a wide variety of energy projects, including power station (CCGT and CHP) developments/acquisitions/ disposals and joint ventures, tolling arrangements and gas storage. Kate also regularly advises on UK and European energy trading and credit support arrangements, fuel supply arrangements, grid connection and various regulatory issues. She has significant experience of renewable energy projects; in particular, onshore and offshore wind projects, biomass projects, wave/tidal, new technologies and regulatory matters affecting renewables projects.
