Sophie Tuson is an Associate in RPC's Intellectual Property & Technology team.

Sophie has experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP, technology and commercial matters.

Her contentious experience includes acting on both High Court and Court of Appeal claims whilst on the non-contentious side, Sophie advises on licensing, commercial contracts and data protection.

Sophie previously spent six months seconded to a global high street retailer.
