Richard Ufland
As a senior corporate finance partner at Hogan Lovells, Richard Ufland has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and securities issues. He is noted for using his technical, constructive and solution-driven approach to get to the heart of issues. Consequently, his advice is often sought by FTSE boards and international corporates on critical transactions. Richard acts on a wide range of transactions and advisory matters in the industrial and financial sectors, as well as on major corporate restructurings and corporate governance issues. Richard is a former chairman and a continuing member of the Law Society Company Law Committee which assists the Government and the EU in relation to legislative changes. He is also a company law committee member of the City of London Law Society.
