Erin Wakelin

Erin Wakelin is a partner in the Sydney Finance group of Herbert Smith Freehills. Erin has expertise in the finance of major infrastructure projects including Australian public private partnerships, UK private finance initiative projects and other limited recourse project finance structures. Erin has also acted for purchasers and financiers in relation to acquisition financing facilities for a variety of assets.

Erin advises project sponsors and equity investors, banks and financial institutions and government bodies. She has experience across a range of industry sectors including social infrastructure, water, energy, resources, real estate and transport.
