Charlotte Walker

Charlotte is a professional support lawyer at Shoosmiths, where her role encompasses the provision of know-how and training to the legal advisors within the real estate team.

She is responsible for the preparation and delivery of training sessions, advising the transactional lawyers, writing and contributing to articles for publication and client briefings and the preparation and dissemination of practice recommendations, know-how and precedent materials.

She has considerable experience as a transactional lawyer and has worked in a professional support role for more than 10 years, first at Nabarro and now at Shoosmiths. These roles have necessitated a familiarity with a broad range of real estate work for a mix of clients, including institutional investors, retail and corporate occupiers, developers and banks. Her particular enthusiasm is for landlord & tenant work.

Charlotte is an active member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers.
