Nick Warr

Nick Warr is a partner in the Private Client department. He specialises in advising ultra high net worth individuals and families with interests mainly on fiscal and succession planning. His practice is international in nature and he represents individuals, families and family offices in the Middle East, the USA and Europe, as well as the UK. The majority of his clients have personal and business interests in a number of different jurisdictions. Nick also has particular expertise in advising individuals from the finance industry on all aspects of their personal and corporate structuring and acts for a significant number of investment bankers, hedge fund managers and private equity principals from the top tier organisations and funds. As well as acting for many high net worth individuals Nick also acts for professional trustees in Jersey, Switzerland, Mauritius, Bahamas and Guernsey. Nick is recognised as a leading individual in the private wealth field who sources 'would not hesitate to recommend'. Clients quoted in recent Legal 500 directories describe Nick as being 'appreciated for his integrity and trustworthiness'always in demand and services a high-quality client base". Importantly he is also described as being 'good at explaining complex matters.' Nick studied Classics at University College London graduating in 1993 and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.
