Clive Wells is a partner in the banking department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's London office. Clive advises on a wide range of banking matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, investment grade acquisitions, property finance, project finance and structured finance transactions. Clive also advises on restructurings, reconstructions and workouts as well as senior, second lien, mezzanine and other junior lenders, private equity and other sponsors, borrowers and financial advisors.
