I trained and worked at Eversheds LLP until moving to CMS in September 2015. I have experience advising landlords and tenants on a variety of contentious property issues including the termination and renewal of business tenancies, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, residential and commercial possession proceedings, dilapidations, break notices, contractual disputes, telecoms issues, possession claims, consent issues and other landlord and tenant disputes. I have also advised on contentious freehold property issues including the service of option notices, right of way disputes and adverse possession claims.
