Jenny Wigley
Jenny Wigley is a member of the following groups at No5 Chambers:

She appears in planning inquiries and hearings relating to all aspects of development and enforcement for both local authorities and developers. Jenny also regularly appears in the High Court and provides advice relating to judicial and statutory review and
injunctions.
She recently succeeded in representing a developer in achieving planning permission on appeal for 150 dwellings on a greenfield site, notwithstanding that the local authority could demonstrate a 5 year housing land supply. She has also represented a developer in the High Court and in an inquiry for a mixed use development including 1100 homes on the site of a former sugar factory. Her practice focusses strongly on planning but she also often appears in non-domestic rating cases, both in the Lands Tribunal and High Court.
Jenny is a joint editor of "Ryde on Rating and the Council Tax" and a contributor to "Atkins Court Forms," the "Lawyers Remembrancer," and the "Encyclopedia of Forms and Precedents".She provides oral representation and advice , both written and in conference , on all aspects of planning, rating and the council tax, compulsory purchase, highways and local government.
