Katherine Lang

Katherine Lang is a knowledge lawyer in the EMEA real estate team at Baker McKenzie.

Katherine has specialist expertise in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property financing, real estate aspects of renewable energy transactions, and hotels and hospitality transactions (acting for both owner and operator).

Katherine has contributed articles, webinars and podcasts to various legal and trade publications including Estates Gazette and Property Week and is a member of the Editorial Board for the Landlord & Tenant Review.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Katherine was a senior professional support lawyer in the real estate team at Taylor Wessing. Previously, she was a transactional lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. This included two years working in the UAE, part of which was spent on client secondment. Katherine has also worked in the Property and Trusts Law Team at the Law Commission and maintains a keen interest in law reform, most recently working with the Law Commission on the commonhold consultation.
