Michael Harris

Michael Harris has forty years' experience as a corporate lawyer with much of this gained in connection with the corporate aspects of real estate including investment and development joint ventures. Formerly head of Howard Kennedy's corporate department and M&A team, he is now a consultant at Howard Kennedy. Michael is the editor of the Share and Business Sale chapters of Butterworths Corporate Law Service.
