Anne-Lise Puget

Anne-Lise Puget specialized in Labour and Employment law, both with respect to collective and individual matters, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation. She has 15 years of experience.

Before joining Bersay in 2010, she worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP (2205 to 2007) and Herbert Smith LLP in Paris (2007 to 2010).

She co-head Bersay's Employment department and assists mid-cap companies as well as worldwide groups on all issues related to Employment law, notably, on exceptional projects such as setting-up in France, acquisitions, transfers, restructurings and closures.

She has developed a precise skill in accompanying foreign companies setting-up in France, offering them a simplified access to French law and providing them with guidance on good practices based on experience. Her clients are from various industries such as Finance/Asset Management, Entertainment, Transportation, Education, pharmacy. I also take part in share deals where our corporate, litigation and restructuring departments are involved.

As a pro bono, she provides trainings to employers and students on how to enforce equality and parity within companies.
