Luis Felipe Arze

Luis Felipe is a partner of CMS Carey & Allende. His knowledge and experience in corporate and M&A has allow Luis Felipe to regularly participate in cross-border business combination operations and mergers and acquisition operations, advising both local and foreign clients in their expansion endeavours in Latin America. He also advises financial companies and institutions in the development and financing of projects, with an emphasis on energy, natural resources, and infrastructure industries.

He also worked as a foreign associate between 2002 and 2003 at the New York City law firm of Simpson, Thacher, & Bartlett, LLP.
