Siân is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales who specialises in corporate criminal defence, white collar crime and regulatory crime. She is the Head of Corporate Crime at Lexis®PSL. Siân trained at Eversheds LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland LLP), qualifying into the Corporate Crime team, later moving to the corporate crime/regulatory teams at Pannone LLP and DWF LLP. 

Siân brings to Lexis®PSL her broad experience in defending companies and their directors/ senior managers facing investigation and criminal prosecution by a range of enforcement and regulatory authorities. She has experience of advising clients on all aspects of corporate crime incidents including initial incident/crisis management, regulator investigations, internal investigations, interviews under caution, Coroner's Inquests and prosecutions in the criminal courts in England and Wales. Whilst in practice, she also regularly provided training to clients on a wide variety of regulatory and corporate criminal issues.

At LexisNexis, Siân writes content on core underlying criminal principles and procedure, substantive white collar and regulatory criminal offences as well as tangential subjects such as extradition. Siân has particular interest in regulatory offences such as health and safety, environmental, consumer safety and food safety offences.
