Marianne Mudd

Marianne moved to the PSL role for the transactional lending teams in May 2019 having been a Senior Associate with CMS for several years, and is responsible for training, legal updates and development of know how and standard form documentation. Marianne originally qualified as a solicitor in 2005 in the commercial real estate team at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, and spent her first 4-5 years PQE working on transactional real estate matters (including investment property acquisitions and disposals and asset management for prime office, retail and industrial portfolios, property finance and corporate recovery transactions). Marianne undertook a secondment with the lending teams within the Major Corporate Real Estate division of Lloyds Banking Group in 2009/2010 and subsequently joined the CMS banking group to specialise in real estate finance, acting for key lender and borrower clients on investment and development finance transactions, and acting as lead real estate finance business development associate. Marianne relocated to Singapore and was retained by CMS as independent consultant. On returning to London in September 2017 resumed her role as Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance team.
