Aisha qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 having taken a keen interest in social housing.

She qualified in-house at a Local Authority in Leicestershire and then went on to work in-house as Lawyer at Manchester City council as their in-house ASB expert. She then spent 6 years at Prince Evans Solicitors LLP in west London. She joined Network Homes in October 2017 as the in-house social housing expert. She manages her own team and deals with all housing management matters, including; ASB, Mental health cases, equality Act matters; fraud, succession, Gas action, disrepair, private sector leasing; drafting policies and procedures.

Aisha was previously a Board member for a Housing Association in London and is currently an Advisory Board member for Inspirited Minds ( Mental health Charity).

Aisha is also a Trainer for the CIH (Chartered Institute of Housing) and delivers training throughout the Country.
