Jonathan Brain

Jonathan Brain is an Employment Judge. He was a solicitor in private practice from 1989 until the end of 2007. He held the office of part-time Employment Judge from 2001 until the end of 2007. He was appointed to the office of salaried Employment Judge from 2008. From April 2016, he also sits in the County Court exercising the civil jurisdiction of District Judge. He is a contributor to Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law.
