Tony is a member of Brodies' corporate crime and investigations team. He has experience of advising on fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and actions under the Proceeds of Crimes Act 2002. He has also provided support on internal investigations into suspected financial crime.
 
Tony has experience of appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, conducting debates, trials and procedural hearings. He has worked closely with counsel in cases at first instance and appeal in the High Court of Justiciary.
