Mr Owen McLennan

Owen is a member of Dentons' Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Owen’s experience covers a wide breadth of funds and corporate work. Owen has acted on numerous primary and secondary fund structurings and re-structurings, co-investments and listing transactions, with particular experience in the private equity sector. Owen plays a key role in learning and development, for example delivering training on the introduction of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and making preparations for the implementation of MiFID II.
