Nadja Waksman

Nadja is an Associate in the Competition and EU Law Department at Ashurst LLP, London. She advises on EU and UK competition law including antitrust investigations, merger control, abuse of dominance and competition compliance. Her experience includes a client secondment to Royal Mail and advising on matters before the EU, UK and German competition authorities. She graduated in law from the University of Oxford and holds postgraduate degrees from Université Panthéon Assas Paris and Kings College London. Prior to joining Ashurst, Nadja worked at the European Court of Justice in the UK Research Department and in Advocate General E. Sharpston's cabinet.
