Euan Burrows is a partner and EMEA head of the competition team, based in London. He acts on a wide range of disputes, competition law, state aid and procurement law matters and has considerable experience in dealing with the European Commission, UK regulators, UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and private courts (including advocacy higher rights of audience) in relation to competition law investigations, competition and procurement law litigation, regulatory challenges (including judicial review), merger control and the application of competition law to a wide range of commercial agreements and practices.
Euan is Vice Chair of the UK Competition Law Association. Euan also sits on the Competition Appeal Tribunal User Group Panel and was one of three UK City solicitors appointed to the Working Party advising the court for the UK's new Class Action CAT rules.
