Tim is a barrister at Matrix Chambers, having joined in October 2019. He practices in media and information law, criminal law, public law and human rights. His media and information law work spans libel, privacy and confidentiality, and data protection.
 
Prior to coming to the Bar, Tim taught criminal law, evidence, and torts at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales. Tim has been published in the Law Quarterly Review, Criminal Law Journal, and the University of New South Wales Law Journal. He has written about legal affairs in AUSPUBLAW and The Conversation.
